The first step to maximizing the fertility of your crops in Manor Lords is to build fields in the right place. In the construction menu there are several filters on the right. Choose the filter you need and see where the area is highlighted in green or yellow.
Normally you don't want to grow crops where the fertility is red, but if you have to, that's not a problem. You can keep the fertility up in other ways.
It is highly unlikely that you will find a spot on the map with high fertility for all crops, and even if you can, the soil loses its fertility over time. The second way to maximize crop fertility is to use the crop rotation feature in the fields.
