You can easily move buildings and structures in Manor Lords by selecting the structure you want to move and clicking the Move option.
When you move a structure to a new location, you can place it anywhere except the original location where you had it. This can be a bit frustrating if you only want to move it a little bit, because you can't place it on the original footprint of the building or structure. The only way around this is to move it somewhere else and then move it back again.
