Cait Sith generally plays as a buffing machine for your entire party. He thrives on supporting your team with various buffs to increase speed, damage, and defense. His general gameplay revolves around two phases: his normal cat form and his Let's Ride form.

The regular cat form doesn't do anything special on its own, but when you summon your Moogle with the Let's Ride ability, Cait Sith becomes a whole different support beast. Most of Cait Sith's potential lies in its Let's Ride form, so your first ATB should definitely be spent summoning your Moogle.
