How to Print Gridlines in Excel (Microsoft)

If you're printing an Excel spreadsheet with a lot of data, you might want to include gridlines. These give you subtle borders around your cells without having to add them manually, making the data easier to read.

The advantage of using gridlines over cell borders when printing in Excel is that they automatically appear around your data when you select the option as described below.

By default, the gridlines span only the data in your worksheet. This means that if you later add or delete data, the gridlines will automatically reflect those changes.
