It’s easy to accidentally delete emails from time to time. But it’s possible to recover emails that were thought to be gone for good. For example, deleted emails in Office 365 can be recovered, provided you meet certain conditions.

The methods described below are more likely to work if you are trying to recover the email at the time it was deleted. The longer you wait, the less likely the recovery will work.

The first thing you should do is check if the deleted email is in your Deleted Items folder. While signed in to Office 365, go to your Mail app. Navigate to the Deleted Items folder and look for the email.
