College Football 25 – How to Redshirt a Player in Dynasty
Redshirting in College Football 25 can be very useful if you're not on the team during your first season. There are, however, a few requirements, as we'll explain below.
Redshirt status is automatically applied in College Football 25 Road to Glory if you do not play in at least four games during your freshman year. Therefore, it is up to the coaching staff to determine whether you will be granted redshirt status.
To have the best chance of earning a redshirt and an extra year of eligibility, start your Road to Glory with a higher-ranked team and a player with a lower OVR. This will push you down the pecking order and reduce the amount of playing time you receive.
