If you've tried all the passwords you think are correct and you still can't sign in, you'll need to reset your Apple ID password. Here's how to do that via Apple's website (if you have two-factor authentication set up on your Apple ID, skip these instructions and go to the next section):
In your browser, go to iforgot.apple.com.
Enter your Apple ID username and click Continue.
