How to Send Your Heart Rate from Apple Watch
When the message is sent, the heartbeat forms a characteristic image on the recipient's text.
Tap Messages on the Home screen of your Apple Watch.
Tap the conversation or person you want to send the heartbeat to, then tap the Digital Touch icon.
