While you can’t automatically sort all of the apps on your home screen alphabetically, you can do so with your app list on the Apps screen. Here’s how:
Open your app list. Depending on your device, you may see an Apps icon (a circle with dots) on your home screen. If not, swipe up on your home screen to see all of your installed apps.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
