The Safety Check feature is designed for people who may be in abusive relationships or are victims of domestic and intimate partner violence, so they can protect their privacy when faced with a dangerous situation. Safety Check comes in the form of two options: Emergency Reset and Manage Sharing and Access.
Emergency Reset activates immediately when you want to block access to your phone's location and other information from people or apps you've shared it with in the past.
