HarbourView Equity Partners (HarbourView) has acquired the catalog of Grammy-winning singer-songwriter and producer James Fauntleroy.

Fauntleroy has collaborated with international artists including Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Stevie Wonder, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Drake and Mariah Carey, among many others. Only a select number of Fauntleroy's songwriting credits were purchased, while full terms of the transaction were not disclosed. He most recently co-wrote the recently released single by Lady Gaga and Mars, "Die with a Smile."
