Fortnite may just be the one to create a useful metaverse before anyone else. The company announced two new Lego Fortnite games on Tuesday as part of its new family-friendly Lego Islands group of titles.

Lego Raft Survival brings new survival tactics to the fore as you play in a Lego Pirates themed world and try to stay on a small river raft with up to three other players. You must survive the cannon fire of the Barracuda ship while supporting your friends and building new rafts along the way.
Lego Obby Fun is another survival game, but this one has you running through an obstacle course filled with platforms to jump on, moving hills, and various set pieces to avoid falling off. Will you be racing? It’s unclear, but if you like platforming with Lego bricks as a base, this game will be fun. It has over 300 levels to navigate through, each with a different Lego theme to explore.
Both new experiences are built on Epic’s proprietary Unreal Engine and are available in Fortnite starting today. But that’s not all.
