Computer giant Lenovo has just announced several new laptops, including new models in the Legion Slim series.

As the name suggests, these laptops are built for portability. Lenovo Legion series computers are thin, lightweight, and designed to fit easily into backpacks and carriers. However, these are still dedicated gaming PCs, so they’re designed to pack a lot of power despite the form factor.
To that end, the latest Lenovo Legion Slim 7 series will run AAA gaming titles with ease, thanks to the choice of a 14th Gen Intel Core i9 processor or an AMD Ryzen 9 processor. These new laptops also have a ton of GPU options, including the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070. You’ll get up to 32GB of 5600MHz DDR5 RAM and a WXGA/240Hz display on the 16-inch models. The 14-inch models get a flashy OLED display.
There’s some unique engineering under the hood, too. Lenovo has equipped this latest line of laptops with a custom AI chipset that helps regulate cooling. The advanced thermal system features copper hybrid heat pipes that automatically adjust via the onboard LA AI chip. The end result? A quiet laptop, even when you’re struggling to run a new game at the highest settings.
