While there are still a few days of summer break left, organizations that had made roster changes now had to finalize their teams and register new players for certain tournaments, including BLAST Premier Fall Groups and the transfer lock on June 8. According to Dust2.us, Liquid has reportedly registered Australian star Justin “jks” Savage and young Polish prodigy Roland “ultimate” Tomkowiak for the event.

Jks is best known to CS2 fans for his stints with G2 and the briefly acquired Renegades team 100 Thieves, but few have ever heard of ultimate. The 20-year-old Pole has been part of the domestic scene since early 2020, competing in local tournaments including the Polish Esport League. He made his major stage debut in 2022 when he entered ESL Pro League Season 15 as part of AGO.

Ultimate is primarily an AWPer, and it is unlikely that Liquid will be taking on any in-game leadership duties for jks. With that in mind, it is more than likely that Twistzz, who was already reported to take on the role, will lead the team in upcoming tournaments.
