The small fonts so often used by email providers allow for a lot of information to be crammed into a small space. Unfortunately, this reduced size information is often difficult to decipher and process. Fortunately, if you are a Yahoo! Mail or Yahoo! Mail Classic user, you can make the screen larger by default, which makes it easier to read and much easier on the eyes.

To read your emails in a larger font, you'll need to make some changes outside of Yahoo! Mail. Most web browsers have a feature that allows you to increase or decrease the size of the site displayed in the browser. You may see this option as a magnifying glass with a plus sign in the middle of it in the address bar.

If you don't, you may need to go into the Settings menu to find the Zoom Controls. The Zoom Controls allow you to make everything in the browser appear larger. Of course, this change will also make everything on the pages you visit, except Yahoo! Mail, larger.

To create emails with a larger font in Yahoo! Mail, you need to adjust a display setting.
