Ticwatch Pro 4G LTE Review – Best Wear OS Smartwatch?
The Ticwatch Pro is a 4G/LTE-capable watch that actually offers quite a few upgrades over the Bluetooth model in the same line. As a brand, Ticwatch has aimed squarely at the budget end of the market, opting for good smartwatch performance for a more than decent price. With the lesser models, you pay a very low price, but you do make some concessions in terms of functionality. With the Pro 4G model, there are no concessions to be seen from our perspective, but you also pay almost Apple prices.
If you’re looking for a solid, premium smartwatch with lots of features, decent battery life, and the full expandability that the Wear OS ecosystem offers, this might be the one for you. I ordered one and have been wearing it around NYC between workdays and workouts, nights out and sleep. Read on to see what I think it does well, and what it could do better.
Unlike most other flagship smartwatches on the market, the Ticwatch Pro 4G only comes in one size and color: black on black. If I had to pick one color to go all out with, black is the most versatile, so this probably won’t be all that polarizing. However, if you’re someone who prefers the option of a more traditional silver or a fancier rose gold, this isn’t for you.
