The Royole Flexpai was technically the first to enter the foldable phone market. However, it was Samsung’s Galaxy Fold that made big news, for good and bad reasons. Since then, we’ve seen foldable devices like the Huawei Mate X smartphone and Lenovo’s ThinkPad foldable laptop, with OPPO and Xiaomi also teasing their own versions of foldable phones.
Motorola Razr (2023) review: a mid-range foldable that's not cheap enough
Now Motorola has also gained a foothold in the foldable market with the launch of the Motorola Razr Foldable Clamshell Phone.
Unlike its competitors in the foldable market, Motorola’s new and revamped Razr foldable phone doesn’t come with powerful specs. Instead, its design, including the hinge mechanism, more than makes up for the device’s hardware shortcomings.
As expected, the foldable Razr phone bears a strong resemblance to the classic RAZR V3 from 2004.
