North America won its third consecutive major Teamfight Tactics championship and second consecutive world title thanks to Dishsoap's victory at the Inkborn Fables Tactician's Crown World Championship.

How I Went From Rank 1 To World Champion

Heading into the final day of the Inkborn Fables Tactician's Crown World Championship, Dishsoap was the only Americas player to sit in the top eight. Dishsoap took a win and second place after dropping three straight games on Day Two, and entered Day Three as the only hope for the newly formed Americas region. By playing at the highest level and finding lines that other competitors couldn't see, Dishsoap claimed their second back-to-back NA Worlds title via one of the wildest TFT matches I've seen in Set 11.

Day three at TFT Worlds seemed like a terrible start for Dishsoap after a sixth place finish. But upon closer inspection, the sole American competitor saved himself from an eighth place finish. And those extra points were important for the next rounds.

To win the Tactician's Crown World Championship, players had to reach a threshold of 20 points. After reaching the threshold, they had to enter a lobby first to earn the Worlds title. After game four, Dishsoap, former Worlds champion Dobule61, and Ningli had passed the threshold. Both Double and Ningli fell during game five while Dishsoap was in the lobby on health.
