The seasons are changing, so it's time for the age-old Call of Duty debate of controller aim assist vs. mouse and keyboard.

Nadeshot finally puts an end to the controller vs. mouse and keyboard debate!

It seems like this topic comes up every few months in the CoD community. And now it's 12 o'clock, this time with the legendary Nadeshot giving his own opinion on the subject.

Aim assist in CoD is often lambasted by PC players for how powerful it is, especially when you’re losing a firefight to a player who sees the aim assist trigger on the killcam. But for Nadeshot, it’s less about how you feel about aim assist and more about accepting the fact that console CoD has shaped the series and the gaming ecosystem as a whole.

"Call of Duty wouldn't exist today if it weren't for consoles," Nadeshot said in a Twitter/X post on April 26. "Most of the games people love and cherish today wouldn't exist if it weren't for consoles. Whether you like controllers and aim assist or not, the worlds we play in would be VERY different without them."
