Barbie was named Favorite Movie and her star Margot Robbie was named Favorite Movie Actress tonight at the 2024 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. Other big winners included Percy Jackson and the Olympians for Favorite Children's TV Show, along with the show's Walker Scobell for Favorite TV Male Star (Kids). Young Sheldon and star Iain Armitage also took home top honors for Favorite Family TV Show and Favorite TV Male Star (Family). Spider-Man: Across The Spiderverse won Favorite Animated Movie, while the long-running SpongeBob SquarePants won the Favorite Cartoon trophy. Timothée Chalamet won Favorite Movie Actor for his role as Willy Wonka in Wonka. Olivia Rodrigo won the Favorite TV Female Star (Kids) trophy for her role as Nini in High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Taylor Swift won three awards, including Favorite Female Artist, and Travis Kelce was named Favorite Male Athlete. Post Malone took home the Favorite Male Artist award, with host Henry Golding surprisingly getting trashed as well. See the full list below.

Hosted by SpongeBob SquarePants (voiced by Tom Kenny) and Patrick Star (voiced by Bill Fagerbakke), the 2024 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards were broadcast live from their undersea home of Bikini Bottom and simulcast on Nickelodeon, TeenNick, Nicktoons, the Nick Jr. Channel, TVLand, CMT and MTV2. Highlights included Kelly Rowland presenting Serena Williams with the Legend Gold Blimp award for her career in sports, fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

The show kicked off with an energetic dance number, featuring Paul Russell performing his hit "Lil Boo Thang" alongside a montage of all the shows, movies, music and popular internet sensations from the year. The Kid LAROI also performed a medley of his chart-topping hit "Nights Like This", his new single "Girls" and hit "Stay", culminating in an epic sliming.
