IShowSpeed has no major plans to return to streaming on Twitch in the near future, despite claims to the contrary circulating within the streaming community after he was banned from YouTube earlier this month.

The super-popular content creator was temporarily banned from his primary platform after sharing a viral video of himself jumping over multiple speeding supercars. The upload earned IShowSpeed a Community Guidelines Strike and a suspension—and once the star was banned, the Twitch rumors began.

Almost immediately, various Speed-related fan accounts began suggesting that it was “Twitch time,” with @SpeedUpdates1 even claiming that the 19-year-old was now “considering moving back to Twitch”; all claims which have no basis in reality.

Not only is it unlikely that IShowSpeed will return to Twitch, especially considering he was similarly banned by the Amazon-owned streaming site in 2021, but it’s been suggested that the suspension won’t even last that long. People close to Speed have said that it could be around two weeks before he returns.
