Following the February 2023 season 2 re-run, Rian Johnson and Natasha Lyonne's case-of-the-week mystery series Poker Face is back in production for its next installment.

Season 1 of the Peacock show featured 10 episodes starring Lyonne as Charlie Cale, a Vegas casino worker whose keen sense of fairness lends itself to a Columbo-style show and reverse detective format. Johnson, who also has Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery in the works with a stacked cast, describes the show as a "howcatchem" versus a "whodunit," which is the format of the Knives Out and Glass Onion films.
