Special prosecutor who dropped Alec Baldwin case speaks out
District Attorney Erlinda Ocampo Johnson, who resigned just before charges against actor Alec Baldwin were dropped, claims in an interview that Baldwin was "horsing around" with the gun that killed camerawoman Halyna Hutchins.
According to Johnson, Baldwin used another person as a blank target during the alleged scheme. He told NewsNation: "You don't do that with real weapons."
Johnson said she resigned because she felt morally obligated to provide the new evidence she had uncovered.
