In a message on International Youth Day, Duterte encouraged young Filipinos to be a force for good and help build a stable, peaceful and prosperous nation.
“International Youth Day can be a great opportunity to write a book that can be used to put matagumpay on the map, and thus ban it,” she said.
“If you're Filipino, you go and play with your ninja in your life, when you can go after the man, but then, in marangal,” she said.
