Simply put, you should only pull for Yangyang if you're a fan of her abilities and want to level her up to max to get the most out of her support skills. However, since she's a character you get for free early in the game, it's not recommended to spend your Astrites on pulling for her over other five-star characters unless you've already leveled her up to max and want to improve her stats and skills.
Yangyang’s notable abilities include Zephyr Domain, a unique ability that creates a powerful vortex of wind, attracting enemies and dealing Aero damage. Wind Spirals is a Resonance Liberation ability that summons a cyclone to gather nearby enemies, dealing Aero damage, which can also be useful. Yangyang also supports her party by providing four Resonance Energy per second for five seconds to the next character you switch to. This allows them to use their more powerful abilities as soon as possible.
