Team Spirit and CS2 star Donk was in the spotlight in February after winning IEM Katowice. The 17-year-old surprised the world with his skills, but it's no wonder he's so good given his astonishing training regime.

Being a pro player is no easy task. Spirit undergoes daily in-game training and theory sessions. But that’s not enough for donk, who says he’s been putting in an exhausting amount of time on extra solo practices.

Judging from his routine, it seems like donk spends almost all of his time playing CS2. "After team training, I can play by myself and I play a maximum of seven games per day, excluding team training. If I feel like I need to do more, I'll play some more," donk said in an interview with Esports.gg on May 12.

Donk didn't specify how many hours he trains with his team, but given other teams' schedules, we'd estimate around eight hours a day. Adding seven games to that sounds exhausting.
