The Sweet Home webtoon was first published on October 12, 2017 in Naver Webtoon. It ended on July 2, 2020. It has a total of 140 chapters, along with 1 prologue. The central characters of the webtoon are Cha Hyun-Soo, Yoon Ji-Soo, Lee Eun-Hyuk, Pyeon Sang-Wook, and Lee Eun-Hyuk.

It starts with Hyun-Soo finding out that both of his parents have passed away. He then moves into the Green Home apartment, where he stays alone in room 1410. Cha Hyun-Soo is a troubled 18-year-old who wants to end his life. However, he has to put his plan on hold, because a monster outbreak is sweeping the world. He realizes that people are turning into evil creatures that pose a huge threat to humanity.
