Some smartwatches are aimed at the average consumer with an average bank account, and then there are the luxury models from Tag Heuer.

According to an official product page, the company has just unveiled a new series of wrist-worn status symbols with its Connected Calibre E4 smartwatch line.

The Connected Calibre E4 watches offer significant improvements over last year’s E3 line, with a faster and more powerful processor, improved displays, longer battery life, an ultra-durable sapphire crystal watch face, and newly developed software features.

The E4 line features Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4100 Plus chip, the company's most powerful smartwatch processor, along with Bluetooth 5.0 for lightning-fast syncing with smartphones, a new altimeter to join the existing accelerometer, a compass, GPS sensors, a heart rate monitor, guided workout apps and more bells and whistles.
