There's just one more update left in the Inkborn Fables set. From Pengu's Party balance changes to minor tweaks to the Set 11 meta, here are all the balance changes planned for Patch 14.13, according to Riot.
With the Inkborn Fables set ending soon, there are no major system changes in Patch 14.13. Prismatic Orbs have been slightly increased in chance, but they're still rare drops, according to game design director Stephen "Mortdog" Mortimer.
Riot is also introducing the Golden Item Remover. The Golden Item Remover will make all existing item removers on a player’s bench into Reforgers. And when a player gets a new item remover, it will become a Reforger.
