The cold open at the beginning of Monday’s episode foretells of trouble ahead for Sam, who initially seemed like a favorite after getting Rose’s first impression. The group now heads back to the States for a week in Seattle.
Before Jenn sees any of the men, she meets with Season 20 Bachelorette Charity Lawson to get advice on how to know what she needs from each of her men to strengthen their relationships. Charity says that when she was running the show, she wrote down qualities of each of the men as she learned new things about them, which helped her think about what she needed and whether they could provide it.
