The X20 is a good choice for users who need wide coverage, with three units able to cover homes of up to 5,800 square feet. Its dual-band AX1800 Wi-Fi 6 support offers a comfortable 1.8 Mbps of bandwidth, though this is only partially comparable to some of the more expensive alternatives on this list.

More importantly, the Deco X20 lacks the dedicated backhaul channel found on more advanced mesh Wi-Fi systems. That means it might not perform as well on busy, heavily congested home networks — those with a dozen or more devices gaming, video calling, and streaming in 4K — but it should be more than sufficient for the online needs of a smaller household.
