Lethal Company version 55 is on the beta branch of Steam, giving players a chance to check out all of the new content that came with the update, including a number of new monsters. However, the beta also reveals another monster: an Extension ladder bug that players aren't too happy about.
MAJOR changes in the latest patch for Lethal Company V55 Beta
The Extension ladder is an extremely useful tool that you can buy from the Company store on the ship for 60 credits. It's not too expensive and you can get it after you've sold loot to the company for the first time.
You can use the ladder to climb up, but its main use is to cross gaps in the facilities. All you have to do is activate it and align it with the pole on the other side to easily cross. This is perfect for people who always die when jumping gaps like this (that would be me).
Players normally won’t go to Titan without Extension ladders. This item helps you drop all the loot all the way to the ground without having to climb up and down a dangerous moon multiple times (something that is made worse by players’ stamina).
