The Mountaintop was a grenade launcher long thought to be trapped in the sunset forever, but thanks to the relaunched BRAVE arsenal in Into The Light, it’s now back on the main stage in Destiny 2. Not only that, but it’s also gained a bunch of new perks worth pursuing.

Much has changed since the original incarnation. The Micro-Missile perk is now its own dedicated archetype, giving the fourth column an extra perk to take. Rampage is back, but it’s the other options that steal the show. Recombination, Auto-Loading Holster, and Ambitious Assassin are all immediately noticeable features, but the god rolls The Mountaintop can now go much further. The addition of such a fantastic Origin Trait in Indomitability is just the icing on the cake.
