Dave the Diver first released on PC in June 2023. In October, it was released on Nintendo Switch, and now it’s finally available on PlayStation consoles, after months of anticipation from eager fans.
Despite being an indie game, Dave the Diver shook up the gaming world by landing multiple awards nominations. It was nominated for Best Independent Game of 2023 at The Game Awards and Adventure Game of the Year at the DICE Awards. It didn’t win either, but did receive a BAFTA award for Best Game Design.
