For YouTube videos, it gives you download options, ways to bypass age or country restrictions, and conversion tools at Deturl.com. For images, you can use online image utilities from ImgOps.com. And for Reddit URLs, it performs a reverse image search on Reddit via KarmaDecay.com. But you only have to remember "deturl.com/" for all of these things.
