The much-awaited sequel to 2021’s Haseen Dillruba is finally here. Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba continues the pulpy love story of Rani (Taapsee Pannu) and Rishu (Vikrant Massey), whose toxic relationship unfolds in new and unexpected ways. The duo starts their new life in Agra with the promise that no third person will enter their dynamic.
However, it doesn’t take long for Rani to revert to her old ways as she finds a new lover, Abhimanyu (Sunny Kaushal). Thus, viewers get to see Rishu embark on a new vengeful path where even Rani isn’t safe. Speaking of revenge, Officer Mritunjay (Jimmy Shergill), aka Neil’s maternal uncle, will be seen in the upcoming film investigating the complex case.
