You can choose how long your servants take to complete their Hunt missions once they sit on the throne in V Rising. The default length may be a little jarring considering it would take an entire day to complete the game, but it’s not the only option.
A trick to effectively reduce servants' hunting time
To select the duration of the mission, drag the Hunt Duration slider to two, eight, 16, or 23 hours to change the hunting time. You can only set the time between two and 23 hours in V Rising.
The wait time can be very long, especially considering real-life time. Also, sending servants on a 23-hour mission doesn't really fit the gameplay. If you send them for a shorter time, the loot won't be as great.
Sending out servents for so long doesn’t make much sense on private servers, since you have to stay online for the full 23 hours. Even if you play eight hours a day, it’ll still take almost three days for them to come back.
