Warner Bros. Discovery has announced the 2024 class for its second annual WBD Access Unlock Unscripted pipeline program, which focuses on diverse, mid-tier producers who are on their way to becoming the industry’s next unscripted TV showrunners.

Thirteen producers were accepted into this year’s program, three times the size of the inaugural class of 2023. Accepted participants came from the US, Canada, the UK and the APAC region.
According to WBD, "Attendees immersed themselves in an intensive week in New York City from August 23-29 featuring special events and programming from WBD's brands. Throughout the week, attendees learned about producing unscripted content at all stages of production, from development to post. The program featured workshops, panels and networking opportunities to expand attendees' knowledge and skills and prepare them for high-level production jobs in unscripted television. Returning partners include Food Network, HGTV, OWN and TLC, in addition to new partners Magnolia Network, Warner Bros. Unscripted Television and Wall to Wall (UK)."
New this year, participants can also attend a private, two-day workshop on fanatic editing and will be mentored by a permanent showrunner for the coming year.
