Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga is known for his films Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh. His last film Animal, with Ranbir Kapoor, was a runaway hit despite mixed reviews from critics and audiences. He is now aiming for another blockbuster with Prabhas.
It has already been confirmed that Prabhas will be seen as a police officer in Spirit. Sandeep Reddy Vanga himself confirmed that the actor will be playing the role of a sincere police officer. However, the director has not revealed anything more about the plot of the film. The latest report from ALLwood Reviews' X (formerly Twitter) account claims that the actor will also be playing the lead character in the film. Moreover, the lead character is expected to appear in the film during the film's intermission.
The report also states that the film is expected to hit theaters in the first month of 2025. Furthermore, the film could be released around Christmas 2026.
