And it apparently doesn’t take long for the developers to start throwing them in while you’re still in the early stages of the game.

One of those puzzles is the little bit of exploration you have to do in the CIA safe house that starts after the first mission you play. It's that padlock on the back of the safe house and here's how to figure out the code to it.

So to get to the first piece of the puzzle, go to the small blue hallway to the left of the locked gate. Here you will find the 'Clinical Record – Autopsy Report' with the number 1 highlighted twice to give you the first piece: 11
