What do the ORANGE dot and GREEN dot mean on the iPhone or iPad?
On Apple devices, three colored dots appear when various privacy features are running in the background.
Blue Dot: This dot or small arrow icon appears when GPS location is running in the background. It indicates that an application is getting your location in the background.
Green dot: This dot appears when an app has access to your camera. You can tap on that dot to identify which app has access to your camera.
