Playing League of Legends solo can be quite taxing, as you’re mostly reliant on Riot Games’ matchmaking system. Summoners may want to party with their friends, but a “Ranked Leagues live issue” is plaguing a number of servers around the world.

Some players have reported that ranked parties have been disabled due to a new bug that prevents them from queuing in ranked with their friends. It’s a frustrating issue that has forced some players to step away from the keyboard and mouse or risk playing solo in solo queue.

Here's everything we know about the Ranked League live issue in League of Legends.

When queuing in League, players are recently greeted with a new error message that reads, “Due to a live issue with Ranked Leagues, ranked parties have been temporarily disabled. You can still queue solo.” Players are unable to invite any of their friends to a ranked lobby, though they can still initiate matchmaking on their own.
