After a popular first phase, World of Warcraft Classic Season of Discovery players couldn't wait for more in phase two.
PHASE 2 OF THE SEASON OF DISCOVERY IS HERE!
Season of Discovery is a group of seasonal WoW Classic servers that will last for about a year, much like its predecessor, Season of Mastery. Season of Discovery will have four phases and an additional endgame update in late 2024, which is when phase two will launch.
The second phase of WoW Classic Season of Discovery launched on February 8 at 15:00 CT/16:00 EST/18:00 BRT/21:00 GMT. The second phase went live a little over two months after the initial launch of SoD.
World of Warcraft Classic Season of Discovery phase two raised the level cap to 40, introduced Gnomeregan as a raid, and moved the world PvP event from Ashenvale to Stranglethorn Vale. Additionally, new runes (new skills) were added for each class.
