The Medal Merchant can appear randomly on the map in Palworld, but mainly appears in destroyed churches.
Destroyed Churches are everywhere, but I found a Medal Merchant at a Desolate Church at coordinates 64, -414, northwest of the original spawn location. There’s no guarantee that it’ll be at this particular church for you though, so be prepared to roam the map and check every church until you find one. Sometimes these guys like to hide in corners, so check every nook and cranny before you set out in case you missed him.
