There are two ways to get Enigmatic Sigils: by buying them from the grocery store and by completing quests that reward you with Enigmatic Sigils. While completing quests can give you Enigmatic Sigils, it's not worth it because the time it takes to complete a quest is enough to craft a lot of essences to buy Enigmatic Sigils, and you can only complete a quest once. Another benefit of farming NPCs is that they can drop items that you want to craft with the Enigmatic Sigils, so it's a win-win either way.
To purchase Enigmatic Sigils, you will first need to find the grocery store, which is located in the capital. Once you are at the entrance to the city, head straight north until you come to the flowing water. From here, you will want to go left (west), and the grocery store will be in front of you. Go inside to talk to the NPC named Lilith, and open the Shop menu.
From here, scroll down to find the Enigmatic Sigils, which will cost you 400 essence.
