To get Ribunny Ribbon in Palworld, you need to go to the natural habitat of this Pal. However, when you look at the map in the Paldeck, you get a lot of locations to cover. I usually go to -232, -503 (one of the islands), especially in the area around the enemy camp. I often see at least four or five of them walking around the paths.
Ribunny is a Neutral Pal with level 1 Handiwork, Gathering and Transporting, which isn't all that special since you can get higher level Pals for any Work Suitability. Having this Pal in a team will increase the power of your other Neutral Pals. This can be useful sometimes, but not often enough to make you want to always have this Pal in your team.
Besides the bonus you get for catching the first 12 Pals, they are especially useful for the drops: Leather, Beautiful Flower and the Ribunny Ribbon.
