As you explore the vast ocean of Another Crab's Treasure, you'll occasionally come across items like the Breadclaw and Chipclaw. The descriptions for these items state that they can be traded for Microplastics, the game's main form of currency required to level up and purchase items, but they don't say where you can trade them.

Exploring every nook and cranny during the first few hours of gameplay will yield plenty of Breadclaw, along with other valuable items, but losing them can be confusing. So where exactly do you go to get rid of them?

You can't sell anything, like the Breadclaw, Clipclaw or whatever you have in your inventory, until you reach New Carcinia. This is the largest city in Another Crab's Treasure and you reach it naturally while playing the main story. You arrive in this city after defeating the Duchess in her castle.

In total, it took me about four hours and three boss fights to get there. Once you reach the town, the game really opens up. You get access to many shops and items, and eventually start the treasure hunt in the name of the game.
