Marvel Studios Reveals X-Men 97 Creator Beau DeMayo Fired for Sexual Misconduct

Updated with Marvel's statement. Beau DeMayo left X-Men '97 before its premiere earlier this year, and the creator and former head writer hinted at why Marvel and Disney+ pulled his name from the second season.

In a new post on social media, DeMayo broke his silence on one of the reasons his Season 2 credits were pulled.

"First of all, I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to work on #XMen97 and collaborate with some incredibly talented people. Creating this revival has been a dream come true and the support fans have shown has been so moving," DeMayo shared on X, the microblogging platform formerly known as Twitter.
